Malcolm Rowley Trust

THIS SITE IS DEDICATED TO THE MEMORY OF MY SON
MALCOLM WILLIAM ROWLEY

WHO DROWNED ON JULY 18TH 1998
whilst in the care of Salford Social Services

CHARITY REGISTRATION NUMBER 1091455

The Malcolm Rowley Trust is a Registered Charity that is here to help vulnerable people who use Community Care Services, together with the carers, parents, family, friends and professionals who care about them.

We aim to help them to gain more control of thier lives, and to have a real say in the services they use.

We want to enable people to speak up for the quality of life they have a right to.

Speaking up for those within society who cannot speak for themselves is the only way we can stop further unnecessary suffering and death.
