Boss Clears Carers

After a one-day disciplinary hearing Director of Salford Social Services, Ann Williams, has cleared two care workers of sexually abusing a severely disabled man. Ms Williams said "I believe that on balance the allegations were not proven" Andrew Dyson and Paul Spencer had denied seven charges of indecent assault. Both men intend to return to work.
